Who Are We?

Skyline America was formed to fill an underserved niche in break bulk transportation of plywood and steel parcels and other commodities. Our team has a combined 40+ years of break bulk experience with extensive contacts in the USA and Far East. Our approach to shipping is not modeled after container-style methods temporarily using conventional break bulk out of necessity – we are break bulk shipping experts. Together with our sister company, Skyline Ocean Shipping PTE LTD, we have close ties to Far East vessel owners, USA port and terminal contacts, stevedores, and trucking companies. We also can offer reliable inland logistics support in China for USA importers.

Our Target Market is USA-destined steel, wind blades/ turbines, plywood, jumbo bags, and paper products. Our import target market is serving ports in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China to USA ports in the Gulf, South and North Atlantic. We offer service to clients having parcels of 5,000 FRT or more using MPP to Handysize, Supramax & Ultramax vessels. These vessels are ideal for clients sharing space that afford an economy of scale while remaining competitive. We work with customers needing port-to-port or port-to-door service which may if requested, include warehousing and trucking.
